Ladurée introduces special treats and brunch this Easter season
Ladurée is adding a touch of luxury to the Easter season with the exciting launch of its new seasonal delicacies at its Yorkdale, Exchange Tower and Robson Street locations, including the limited-edition Nymphea Raspberry Verbena cake, new Eugénie flavours and classic macaron boxes. The limited edition cake will be available from March 1-31, while Easter brunch will be served from March 29-31 at the Yorkdale and Robson Street Tea Salons.
Macarons and a limited range of delicacies can be purchased at Ladurée’s carriage popups at Toronto’s CF Eaton Centre, Vancouver’s CF Pacific Centre and Vancouver International Airport.

Ladurée’s limited-edition Nymphea Raspberry Verbena cake is prepared from scratch inside its state-of-the-art Toronto and Vancouver pastry laboratories. This exquisite cake is a delicious almond dacquoise topped with verbena mousse and fresh raspberries, held in a white chocolate eggshell.
During Easter, Ladurée patrons can continue to indulge in its impressive and globally-renowned range of cakes such as Marie Antoinette, Saint Honoré, Vanilla Millefeuille, Eclair, Ispahan, Pistachio Macaron and Rose Macaron.

Ladurée’s Eugènie, the gluten-free crispy biscuit launched globally in October 2023, will be available in new gourmet flavours, including lemon, hazelnut and strawberry. The biscuit reimagines Ladurée’s iconic macaron, boasting a luscious melting core and a delightful chocolate coating. The new flavours can be enjoyed alongside previously launched favourites such as rich chocolate, caramel, orange blossom, pistachio, vanilla, Marie-Antoinette tea and rose.
