Hania Kuzbari makes her Canadian Debut at Toronto Fashion Week®

The artisan fine jewelry designer will host an exclusive Parlour-Style Presentation at The Hazelton Hotel

 

TORONTO, August 12, 2019 – Artisan fine jewelry designer, Hania Kuzbari is making her Canadian debut at Toronto Fashion Week® with an exclusive private parlour-style presentation inside the Hazelton Hotel’s exclusive Yorkville Room on September 4 at 4 p.m.

Hania Kuzbari’s presentation at Toronto Fashion Week® follows her solo exhibition in the upscale district of Mayfair, London at Stories Art Gallery. Her designs are currently being featured at the Aga Khan Museum in London until mid-August and have appeared in British Vogue.

Her debut at Toronto Fashion Week® coincides with the launch of the brand’s new e-commerce platform, featuring collections and made-to-order pieces.

Hania Kuzbari will also be present at Toronto Fashion Week® Marketplace, located at 136 Yorkville Avenue inside The Lane at Yorkville Village from September 3 to 5 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Toronto Fashion Week® Marketplace will feature multiple brands ranging from established to emerging.

“Following our show at Stories Art Gallery in Mayfair, we’re excited to make our Canadian debut at Toronto Fashion Week®.” says Hania Kuzbari, designer. “My work is inspired by the details found in objects, patterns and things we see and use in our daily lives. Anything that catches my eye is a source of inspiration, particularly the culture and architecture of my homeland, Syria.”

The brand is known for its ethical artisan jewelry which functions as standalone wearable objets d’art. All designs are made mixing precious metals with conflict-free diamonds, and ethically sourced gemstones.
